What people are saying

  • Our first visit on a very wet Wednesday evening which obviously had an effect on the atmosphere.

Very good service and some superb food made this a place to definitely return to some time soon.

My starter was the Keema Pau, which was absolutely delicious and would highly recommend.

  • Fantastic experience from the moment we walked in! A lovely warm welcome and even better food. The dishes were not your usual ones, but were innovative and delicious. Would highly recommend.

  • Great food and atmosphere, very helpful staff who work hard to provide the best meals for you. Butter chicken sauce has the perfect consistency ever and is very flavourful. Garlic Naan is soft and buttery and pairing them two together is like taking a bite of heaven. Raja Monkey is the place to go whether going out as a family or just a lone date. Will definitely go again. Waiting time is fast and only takes about up to 30 minutes depending on how much food you order but it is all worth the wait. All food is halal and you can speak to staff about your dietary info.

  • The food here is wonderful; the space is stylish and comfortable; the staff are diligent and friendly; and it is all very affordable! We recently booked for a group of 35, and the manager could not have been accommodating of our various requests - including an especially prepared meal for a guest with particular dietary requirements, a guest who then said it was the best Indian food he’d ever eaten. I really can’t praise this restaurant highly enough!

  • There are no words to describe this place, just go!

    I’ll try to explain.

it’s by far the best food we have ever had at any restaurant. The flavours. The presentation. The service. The atmosphere. The kitchen you can see what everyone is doing. The food is like Michelin star food, the waiter knew everything about every dish. Unbelievable detail.

It’s not cheap. But it’s worth every penny. Four of us were all impressed with everything we had, two of us are chefs.

If you’re reading this you have to go it’s a real gem of a place.
